- 1 head Cauliflower medium-sized, cut into florets
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
1. Place cauliflower florets in a food processor and pulse until they resemble rice grains.
2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
3. Add the cauliflower rice to the skillet and sauté for 5-7 minutes, until tender.
4. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Serve warm.
