Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1.5 cups milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Butter for cooking

Instructions 

  1. In a bowl, whisk together flour, milk, eggs, sugar, salt, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and add a small amount of butter.
  3. Pour a ladle of batter into the pan, swirling to cover the bottom.
  4. Cook until the edges start to lift and the bottom is golden brown, then flip and cook the other side.
  5. Repeat with the remaining batter.
