Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g minced meat (beef or lamb)
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
  • 2 medium tomatoes, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoon coriander seeds, crushed
  • 1 tablespoon cumin seeds, crushed
  • 1 teaspoon red chili flakes
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala powder
  • 1 cup fresh coriander leaves, chopped
  • 2 tablespoon cornmeal
  • to taste salt
  • as needed oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine minced meat, chopped onion, ginger garlic paste, chopped tomatoes, crushed coriander seeds, crushed cumin seeds, red chili flakes, garam masala powder, chopped coriander leaves, cornmeal, and salt.
  2. 2. Mix everything thoroughly until well combined.
  3. 3. Take a small portion of the mixture and shape it into a flat patty.
  4. 4. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  5. 5. Fry the patties until they are golden brown and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes on each side.
  6. 6. Remove the kebabs from the pan and drain on paper towels.
  7. 7. Serve hot with naan or rice and your favorite chutney.
