Paella Recipe
A classic Spanish dish with rice, seafood, and spices.

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Rice
- 1 lb Shrimp peeled and deveined
- 1 lb Mussels cleaned
- 1 cup Green Peas
- 1 cup Diced Tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon Saffron soaked in warm water
- 4 cups Chicken Broth
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 unit Onion chopped
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
Heat olive oil in a paella pan over medium heat.
Add chopped onion and minced garlic, cook until soft.
Add rice and cook, stirring, for 2 minutes.
Pour in chicken broth and saffron with its soaking water. Stir well.
Add diced tomatoes, paprika, and salt to taste. Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 20 minutes.
Add shrimp, mussels, and green peas. Cover and cook until seafood is done, about 10 minutes.
Remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
