Pad Thai Recipe
Classic Pad Thai with chicken, eggs, and fresh vegetables.

Main Ingredients
- 200 g rice noodles
- 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 200 g chicken breast, thinly sliced
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 100 g bean sprouts
- 3 tablespoon fish sauce
- 2 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 lime, cut into wedges
- 2 tablespoon chopped peanuts
- Fresh coriander, for garnish
Soak rice noodles in warm water for 10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, cook until soft.
Add chicken and cook until browned.
Push chicken to one side, pour in beaten eggs, scramble until cooked.
Add noodles, bean sprouts, fish sauce, soy sauce, and sugar. Toss to combine.
Serve with lime wedges, chopped peanuts, and fresh coriander.
