Ingredients

  • 500 g Chicken breast cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tablespoon Oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • ¼ cup Water

Instructions 

  1. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add chicken and cook until no longer pink.
  4. Add oyster sauce, soy sauce, sugar, and water. Stir well.
  5. Simmer for 5-10 minutes until sauce thickens.
  6. Serve hot with rice.
