Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 12 Squash Blossoms fresh
  • 1 cup Ricotta Cheese
  • 1 Egg beaten
  • ¼ cup Parmesan Cheese grated
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Basil chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, beaten egg, Parmesan cheese, chopped basil, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Gently open each squash blossom and stuff with the cheese mixture. Twist the ends to close.
  4. Place the stuffed blossoms on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes, or until the blossoms are golden and the filling is hot.
  6. Serve immediately.
