Oven Fried Pork Chops Recipe

- 4 pork chops bone-in
- 1 cup breadcrumbs Panko
- ½ cup Parmesan cheese grated
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 2 eggs beaten
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Place a wire rack on a baking sheet.
In a shallow dish, mix together the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
Dip each pork chop into the beaten eggs, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture, pressing to adhere.
Place the coated pork chops on the wire rack. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the pork chops are golden brown and cooked through.
