Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • ½ cup soy sauce
  • ½ cup honey
  • ¼ cup rice vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (optional)
  • 2 pieces green onions, chopped (optional)

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger.
  3. Place chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour the sauce over them.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
  5. Remove chicken from the dish. Mix cornstarch and water, then add to the sauce in the dish.
  6. Return the dish to the oven for 5 minutes, or until the sauce thickens.
  7. Serve chicken with sauce, garnished with sesame seeds and green onions if desired.
