- 4 pieces Chicken Breasts
- 2 cups Broccoli Florets
- 2 cups Carrot Slices
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a mixing bowl, toss the broccoli and carrots with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Place the chicken breasts on a baking sheet and arrange the vegetables around them.
