Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Chicken Thighs
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 cup Baby Spinach

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil.
  2. Season chicken thighs with salt, pepper, and paprika. Place them in the skillet, skin side down, and cook until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Flip the chicken thighs and add minced garlic and cherry tomatoes to the skillet. Cook for another 5-7 minutes.
  4. Reduce heat to medium, cover the skillet, and cook for an additional 10-15 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
  5. Stir in baby spinach and cook until wilted, about 2 minutes. Serve hot.
