Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs
  • ¼ cup cheese shredded
  • ¼ cup ham diced
  • ¼ cup bell peppers chopped
  • ¼ cup onions chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil.
  2. 2. Crack the eggs into a ziplock bag. Add cheese, ham, bell peppers, and onions.
  3. 3. Seal the bag, removing as much air as possible. Shake to mix ingredients.
  4. 4. Place the bag in the boiling water. Cook for 13-15 minutes.
  5. 5. Carefully remove the bag from the water. Open and slide the omelet onto a plate.
