Main Ingredients
- 1 package Puff pastry thawed
- 4 cups Milk
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 cup Mixed nuts chopped
- 1 cup Raisins
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 1 cup Heavy cream
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Tear the puff pastry into pieces and place them in a baking dish.
3. In a mixing bowl, combine milk, sugar, vanilla extract, and heavy cream. Pour over the puff pastry.
4. Sprinkle the mixed nuts and raisins on top.
5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
6. Serve warm.
