  • 1 cup Tomatoes diced
  • 1 cup Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 4 cups Chicken Broth
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add chopped onions and cook until translucent.
  3. 3. Add minced garlic and cook for another minute.
  4. 4. Add diced tomatoes and cook for 5 minutes.
  5. 5. Add sliced okra, chicken broth, salt, and black pepper.
  6. 6. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
  7. 7. Serve hot.
