- 1 cup Peanut Butter
- 1 cup Brown Sugar
- 1 cup Oats
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 large Egg
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter and brown sugar until smooth.
Add the egg and vanilla extract, and mix well.
Stir in the oats and baking soda until combined.
Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet.
Bake for 10 minutes or until edges are golden brown.
Let cookies cool on a wire rack.
