  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • ½ cup chocolate chips
  • ½ cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine oats, coconut, chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix well.
  3. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown. Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
