Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Bars

- 1 cup Butter softened
- 1 cup Brown Sugar
- 1 cup Granulated Sugar
- 2 large Eggs
- 2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1.5 cups All-Purpose Flour
- 2 cups Old-Fashioned Oats
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 2 cups Chocolate Chips
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.
In a large mixing bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla.
Combine the flour, baking soda, and salt; stir into the creamed mixture until just blended. Mix in the oats and chocolate chips.
Spread the dough evenly into the prepared pan.
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes in the preheated oven, until the top is golden brown. Cool in the pan, and cut into bars.
