Main Ingredients
- 2 sheets Puff pastry thawed if frozen
- 1 cup Nutella
- 1 unit Egg beaten, for egg wash
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Roll out one sheet of puff pastry on the parchment paper.
Spread Nutella evenly over the puff pastry, leaving a small border around the edges.
Place the second sheet of puff pastry on top and press down gently to seal the edges.
Using a knife, cut out the shape of a Christmas tree. Cut horizontal strips on each side of the tree, leaving the center intact.
Twist each strip a few times to create the branches.
Brush the entire tree with the beaten egg.
Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
Let it cool slightly before serving.
