Ingredients 

Dough

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup milk warm
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 teaspoon yeast active dry
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup butter softened

Filling

  • 2 cups ground walnuts
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ cup milk warm

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
  2. 2. Add flour, salt, and softened butter. Mix until a dough forms.
  3. 3. Knead the dough for about 10 minutes. Let it rise for 1 hour.
  4. 4. For the filling, mix ground walnuts, sugar, cinnamon, and warm milk.
  5. 5. Roll out the dough, spread the filling, and roll it up. Cut into rolls.
  6. 6. Place rolls on a baking sheet and let them rise for another 30 minutes.
  7. 7. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
