Traditional Norwegian waffle cookies, often served during Christmas.

Main Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- ½ cup butter, melted
- 3 eggs
- ½ teaspoon cardamom
- ½ cup water
1. In a large bowl, beat the eggs and sugar until light and fluffy.
2. Gradually add the melted butter, flour, cardamom, and water. Mix until smooth.
3. Preheat the krumkake iron and lightly grease it.
4. Pour a tablespoon of batter onto the iron, close, and cook until golden brown.
5. Quickly roll the hot cookie around a cone roller to shape. Let cool.
