Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 200 g noodles
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 0.5 cup sliced vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, etc.)
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper

Instructions 

  1. Boil noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add sliced vegetables and cook until tender.
  4. Add boiled noodles to the pan. Pour soy sauce over the noodles and mix well.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  6. Serve hot.
