Ingredients

  • 200 g Noodles
  • 1 l Chicken Broth
  • 1 Carrot, sliced
  • 1 Celery Stalk, sliced
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • to taste Salt and Pepper
  • 1 Green Onion, chopped for garnish

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a pot, bring the chicken broth to a boil.
  2. 2. Add the sliced carrot, celery, and minced garlic. Cook for 5 minutes.
  3. 3. Add the noodles and soy sauce. Cook according to noodle package instructions.
  4. 4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. 5. Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onion.
