Main Ingredients
- 12 oz egg noodles
- 4 large eggs beaten
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 cup milk
- 0.5 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 0.5 cup raisins
- 0.25 cup melted butter
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, sour cream, cottage cheese, milk, sugar, and vanilla extract.
Add the cooked noodles, raisins, and melted butter to the mixture. Stir to combine.
Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
Bake for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the pudding is set.
Let cool slightly before serving.
