Crust
- 1.5 cups Graham cracker crumbs
- ¼ cup Sugar
- ½ cup Butter, melted
Filling
- 16 oz Cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup Powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 1 cup Heavy whipping cream
Topping
- 1 lb Fresh strawberries, sliced
In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
In another bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
Spread the filling evenly over the crust. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or until set.
Top with sliced strawberries before serving. Enjoy!
