No Bake Pumpkin Pie Recipe

Ingredients 

Crust

  • 1 ½ cups Graham cracker crumbs
  • cup Melted butter
  • ¼ cup Granulated sugar

Filling

  • 1 can Pumpkin puree (15 oz)
  • 1 package Instant vanilla pudding mix (3.4 oz)
  • 1 teaspoon Pumpkin pie spice
  • ½ teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 tub Whipped topping (8 oz, thawed)

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Press the mixture into a pie dish to form the crust.
  2. In another bowl, whisk together pumpkin puree, instant vanilla pudding mix, pumpkin pie spice, ground cinnamon, and milk until smooth.
  3. Fold in the whipped topping until well combined.
  4. Pour the filling into the prepared crust. Smooth the top with a spatula.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set. Serve chilled.
