- 1 cup Peanut Butter
- ½ cup Honey
- 3 cups Rolled Oats
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter and honey.
Add vanilla extract and mix well.
Gradually add rolled oats, stirring until fully combined.
Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto parchment paper and flatten slightly.
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
