- 1 cup Graham Cracker Crumbs
- ¼ cup Sugar
- ½ cup Butter, melted
- 1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk (14 oz)
- ½ cup Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Zest
- 1 cup Whipped Cream for topping
In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a pie dish to form the crust.
In another bowl, whisk together sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice, and lemon zest until smooth.
Pour the lemon mixture into the crust. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
Top with whipped cream before serving.
