Main Ingredients
- 2 cups sugar
- ½ cup milk
- ½ cup butter
- ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 3 cups quick-cooking oats
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
In a saucepan, combine sugar, milk, butter, and cocoa. Bring to a boil, stirring frequently.
Let boil for 1 minute, then remove from heat.
Stir in oats, coconut, and vanilla.
Drop by spoonfuls onto waxed paper. Let cool until hardened.
