No-Bake Cheesecake with Cool Whip

Ingredients 

Crust

  • 1 ½ cups Graham cracker crumbs
  • ¼ cup Sugar
  • ½ cup Butter, melted

Filling

  • 16 oz Cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup Powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 8 oz Cool Whip, thawed

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
  2. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Fold in the Cool Whip until well combined.
  3. Spread the filling over the crust. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
