New Zealand Mince Stew Recipe
A hearty and comforting stew made with minced meat, vegetables, and rich flavors from New Zealand.

Main Ingredients
- 500 g minced beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 carrots, diced
- 2 cups beef stock
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- to taste salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
Add the chopped onion and cook until translucent.
Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute.
Add the minced beef and cook until browned.
Add the diced carrots and cook for a few more minutes.
Stir in the tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, dried thyme, and dried rosemary.
Pour in the beef stock and bring to a boil.
Reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for about 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.
