Dough Ingredients

  • 4 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1.5 cups Warm water 110°F
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 2.25 teaspoon Active dry yeast
  • 2 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
  2. Add flour, salt, and olive oil to the yeast mixture. Stir until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  4. Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise for 1-2 hours.
  5. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven to heat up.
  6. Divide the dough into two balls. Roll out each ball on a floured surface to your desired thickness.

  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
