Main Ingredients
- 2 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- 2 tablespoon Plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- ¾ cup Warm water
1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder.
2. Add yogurt and olive oil, mix well.
3. Gradually add warm water, knead into a soft dough.
4. Let the dough rest for 10 minutes.
5. Divide dough into small balls, roll each into a flat circle.
6. Cook each naan on a hot skillet until bubbles form, then flip and cook the other side.
