  • 1 cup mushrooms sliced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme chopped
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 loaf baguette sliced
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Add the sliced mushrooms and thyme to the skillet. Cook until the mushrooms are tender, about 5-7 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Place the baguette slices on a baking sheet and toast in the preheated oven for about 5 minutes, or until golden brown.
  5. Top each toasted baguette slice with the mushroom mixture. Serve warm.
