Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Add the sliced mushrooms and thyme to the skillet. Cook until the mushrooms are tender, about 5-7 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Place the baguette slices on a baking sheet and toast in the preheated oven for about 5 minutes, or until golden brown.
Top each toasted baguette slice with the mushroom mixture. Serve warm.
