Instructions
Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
Add the sliced onions and garlic, and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
Add the sliced mushrooms and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until they are tender.
Stir in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil.
Add the cornstarch mixture and cook for another 2 minutes until the sauce thickens.
Serve hot with rice or noodles.
