Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 500 g mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water

Instructions 

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the sliced onions and garlic, and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Add the sliced mushrooms and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until they are tender.
  4. Stir in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil.
  5. Add the cornstarch mixture and cook for another 2 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  6. Serve hot with rice or noodles.
