Mushroom Spinach Quiche
A delicious and easy-to-make quiche with mushrooms and spinach.

Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup Spinach, chopped
- 4 Eggs
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 cup Cheese, shredded
- 1 Pie crust
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs and milk.
Add mushrooms, spinach, cheese, salt, and pepper to the egg mixture. Stir to combine.
Pour the mixture into the pie crust.
Bake for 45 minutes or until the quiche is set and golden brown.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
