  • 2 cups Mulberries fresh
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 cup Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine mulberries, sugar, and lemon juice. Set aside.
  3. In another bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt. Add milk and vanilla extract, stirring until smooth.
  4. Pour the batter into a greased baking dish. Spoon the mulberry mixture over the top.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm.
