Ingredients 

Crust

  • 1.5 cups Chocolate cookie crumbs
  • 0.5 cup Melted butter

Filling

  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 2 cups Semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter in a bowl. Press mixture into a pie dish to form the crust.
  3. Bake crust for 10 minutes. Let it cool.
  4. Heat heavy cream in a saucepan until it begins to simmer. Remove from heat and add chocolate chips. Stir until smooth.
  5. Add vanilla extract to the chocolate mixture. Pour filling into the cooled crust.
  6. Refrigerate the pie for at least 2 hours before serving.
