Main Ingredients
- 200 g Mozzarella cheese cut into small balls
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- 1 cup All-purpose flour
- 2 Eggs beaten
- 1 cup Vegetable oil for frying
1. Prepare three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with breadcrumbs.
2. Roll each mozzarella ball in flour, dip in eggs, then coat with breadcrumbs.
3. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
4. Fry the mozzarella balls until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes.
5. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
6. Serve hot with marinara sauce.
