  • 200 g Mozzarella cheese cut into small balls
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 2 Eggs beaten
  • 1 cup Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. 1. Prepare three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with breadcrumbs.
  2. 2. Roll each mozzarella ball in flour, dip in eggs, then coat with breadcrumbs.
  3. 3. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  4. 4. Fry the mozzarella balls until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes.
  5. 5. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
  6. 6. Serve hot with marinara sauce.
