Instructions
1. In a pressure cooker, add moong dal, water, turmeric powder, and salt. Cook for 3-4 whistles.
2. In a pan, heat ghee. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
3. Add chopped onions, garlic, and ginger. Sauté until golden brown.
4. Add chopped tomatoes and green chilies. Cook until tomatoes are soft.
5. Add the cooked dal to the pan. Mix well and let it simmer for 5-10 minutes.
6. Add garam masala and chopped coriander leaves. Mix well and serve hot.
