Moo Goo Gai Pan Recipe
A classic Chinese-American dish featuring chicken and mushrooms in a savory sauce.

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Chicken breast sliced thinly
- 1 cup Mushrooms sliced
- 1 cup Snow peas
- 1 cup Broccoli florets
- 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon Cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water
- 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Ginger minced
Heat the wok over high heat and add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil.
Add the chicken slices and stir-fry until cooked through. Remove and set aside.
Add the remaining oil to the wok. Add garlic and ginger, stir-fry for 30 seconds.
Add mushrooms, snow peas, and broccoli. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
Return the chicken to the wok. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch mixture. Stir well.
Cook for another 2 minutes until the sauce thickens. Serve hot.
