Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Chicken breast sliced thinly
  • 1 cup Mushrooms sliced
  • 1 cup Snow peas
  • 1 cup Broccoli florets
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger minced

Instructions 

  1. Heat the wok over high heat and add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil.
  2. Add the chicken slices and stir-fry until cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  3. Add the remaining oil to the wok. Add garlic and ginger, stir-fry for 30 seconds.
  4. Add mushrooms, snow peas, and broccoli. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Return the chicken to the wok. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch mixture. Stir well.
  6. Cook for another 2 minutes until the sauce thickens. Serve hot.
