Main Ingredients
- 10 leaves Fresh Mint plus extra for garnish
- 2 tablespoon Sugar
- 3 oz Lime Juice freshly squeezed
- 6 oz White Rum
- 8 oz Club Soda
- 4 cups Ice crushed
1. Muddle the mint leaves and sugar in a glass.
2. Add lime juice and rum, then fill the glass with ice.
3. Top with club soda and garnish with extra mint leaves.
