  • ¼ cup potato starch for dusting

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine glutinous rice flour and sugar.
  2. Gradually add water and mix until smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture into a heatproof dish and steam for 10 minutes.
  4. Let it cool slightly, then dust your hands with potato starch and shape the dough into small balls.
