Ingredients 

Crust

  • 1.5 cups crushed chocolate cookies
  • 0.5 cup melted butter

Filling

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 0.5 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 0.25 cup all-purpose flour
  • 0.5 cup melted butter
  • 2 large eggs beaten
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chopped pecans

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix the crushed chocolate cookies and melted butter together. Press into a pie dish to form the crust.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine sugar, cocoa powder, and flour. Stir in melted butter, beaten eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth. Fold in chopped pecans.
  4. Pour the filling into the crust. Bake for 35 minutes or until the filling is set.
  5. Let the pie cool before serving. Enjoy!
