Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 cups water
  • 0.25 cup miso paste
  • 1 cup tofu, cubed
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 0.25 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce optional

Instructions 

  1. Heat water in a pot until it simmers.
  2. Dissolve miso paste in a small bowl with some hot water, then add to the pot.
  3. Add tofu and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Add spinach and cook until wilted.
  5. Garnish with green onions and add soy sauce if desired.
