Miso Soup With Mushrooms
A simple and delicious miso soup with mushrooms, perfect for a quick meal.

Main Ingredients
- 4 cups Water
- 1 cup Mushrooms, sliced shiitake or button
- 3 tablespoons Miso paste
- 1 cup Tofu, cubed firm
- 2 tablespoons Green onions, sliced
1. In a pot, bring the water to a boil.
2. Add the sliced mushrooms and simmer for 5 minutes.
3. Reduce the heat to low and dissolve the miso paste in the pot.
4. Add the cubed tofu and heat for another 2-3 minutes.
5. Garnish with sliced green onions before serving.
