Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine miso paste, soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, sesame oil, minced garlic, and grated ginger.
Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Brush the miso mixture over the salmon fillets.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
Serve hot, garnished with green onions or sesame seeds if desired.
