Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 fillets Salmon about 6 oz each
  • 3 tablespoon Miso paste
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger grated

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine miso paste, soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, sesame oil, minced garlic, and grated ginger.
  3. Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Brush the miso mixture over the salmon fillets.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with green onions or sesame seeds if desired.
