  • 4 fillets Chilean sea bass about 6 oz each
  • 3 tablespoon white miso paste
  • 3 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon mirin
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the miso paste, soy sauce, mirin, sugar, and sesame oil until smooth.
  3. Place the Chilean sea bass fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Brush the miso mixture generously over each fillet.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Serve immediately, garnished with green onions or sesame seeds if desired.
