Main Ingredients
- 6 pieces Eggs
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 cup Shredded cheese
- 1 cup Chopped vegetables (e.g., spinach, bell peppers)
- to taste Salt and pepper
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
Add the shredded cheese and chopped vegetables to the egg mixture. Season with salt and pepper.
Pour the mixture into a greased muffin tin, filling each cup about ¾ full.
Bake for 20 minutes or until the quiches are set and lightly golden.
Let them cool slightly before serving.
