Main Ingredients
- 6 Eggs
- ½ cup Milk
- ½ cup Shredded cheese
- ¼ cup Chopped spinach
- ¼ cup Diced ham
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black pepper
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
Add the shredded cheese, chopped spinach, diced ham, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
Pour the mixture evenly into a greased muffin tin.
Bake for 20 minutes, or until the quiches are set and lightly golden.
Let them cool for a few minutes before removing from the tin. Serve warm.
