  • 6 Eggs
  • ½ cup Milk
  • ½ cup Shredded cheese
  • ¼ cup Chopped spinach
  • ¼ cup Diced ham
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
  3. Add the shredded cheese, chopped spinach, diced ham, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  4. Pour the mixture evenly into a greased muffin tin.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes, or until the quiches are set and lightly golden.
  6. Let them cool for a few minutes before removing from the tin. Serve warm.
