Ingredients

  • 1 sheet Puff pastry
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 1 cup Gruyere cheese, grated
  • 6 slices Bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out puff pastry and cut into 12 squares. Press squares into a greased muffin tin.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, heavy cream, salt, and pepper.
  4. Divide bacon and cheese evenly among the pastry-lined muffin cups.
  5. Pour egg mixture over bacon and cheese in each cup.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until quiches are set and golden brown.
  7. Let cool slightly before serving.
